		<description>I definitely agree that the &quot;make your sales pitch&quot; part could have been better worded. 

I think/hope what Ms. Hiller was trying to convey is that there are certain steps to marketing on Twitter, and that they should be followed in  a specific order. Too many businesses found on Twitter start their first tweets with &quot;Buy my service! Buy my product!&quot; tweets before they establish a base of followers interested in buying from them.</description>
